OCS-I/O

OCS-I/O is a modular CsCAN I/O system designed to expand the inputs and outputs of HORNER PLCs. A wide range of digital, analog, and relay I/O modules can be connected to the base units. It is always necessary to select one base module and then choose the appropriate I/O modules according to the specific application; alternatively, the base module with integrated I/O may be sufficient on its own.

OCS-I/O can be used both for local I/O expansion within a control cabinet and as remote distributed I/O installed in the field, up to hundreds of meters away from the controller. Communication is handled via the CsCAN bus used by HORNER PLCs.

One base unit supports up to 7 I/O modules, and up to 16 base units can operate within a single CsCAN network, enabling the creation of both small and large I/O configurations according to application requirements.
