The Controller processes personal data that you have provided them with or personal data that the Controller has received in connection with your purchase order.

III. Legal Bases for and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The legal bases for processing personal data are: 1.1. Performance of a contract between you and the Controller, pursuant to Article 6 (1) b) of the GDPR 1.2. The legitimate interests pursued by the Controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for the purpose of sending commercial messages and newsletters), pursuant to Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR 1.3. Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial messages and newsletters), pursuant to Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain Information Society Services in the event that no order has been placed or no services have been requested
The purposes of processing personal data are: 2.1. Processing your order and performing the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when placing an order you need to provide personal data necessary for processing the order (i.e. your name, address, phone and email); the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract – unless the data subject provides personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the Controller. 2.2. Sending commercial messages and conducting other marketing activities
The Controller adheres to automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such data processing.

V. Data Retention Periods
The Controller will retain personal data: 1.1. For the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising out of the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims under this contractual relationship (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship). 1.2. Until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withheld (for a maximum of 10 years if personal data is processed on the basis of consent).
At the end of the retention period the Controller will erase the data subject's personal data.
